	Stephen M. Carter Stephen M. Carter is the president and chief executive officer of Superior Essex Inc. During his tenure, Superior Essex has transformed itself into a profitable global company. Before joining the company in 2003, Carter spent several successful years in the wireless industry and played a key role in the formation of Cingular Wireless. At Cingular, he served as president and chief executive officer, a company which then had revenues in excess of $14 billion. Prior to his appointment at Cingular, Carter was the president and chief executive officer of SBC Wireless.

	David S. Aldridge David Aldridge is the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Superior Essex Inc. In his current role, Aldridge is responsible for the company’s financial operations. Aldridge previously served as chief financial officer and treasurer of Superior TeleCom and as chief restructuring officer. Aldridge also worked for The Alpine Group, where he served as chief financial officer and as treasurer. Aldridge was chief financial officer of Superior TelTec Inc., the predecessor company to Superior TeleCom, and he was also previously employed by KPMG.

	Debbie Baker-Oliver Debbie Baker-Oliver is the senior vice president of corporate administrative services of Superior Essex Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, labor relations, and employee communications. In addition, Baker-Oliver is responsible for information technology, real estate, security and environmental controls. Baker-Oliver joined the company in 2004, following four years with Cingular Wireless, where she served as executive director of corporate real estate. She was also vice president of interconnection for SBC Communications. Additionally, Baker-Oliver held senior positions in human resources and labor relations at SBC.

	Justin F. Deedy, Jr. Justin Deedy is the president of Superior Essex Communications LP and executive vice president of Superior Essex Inc. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s communications cable business segment. Deedy previously served as senior vice president of Superior TeleCom and as president of the communications segment for Superior Telecommunications Inc. Since 1981, Deedy has worked for either Superior Telecommunications or its predecessors.

	Mary Love Sullenberger Mary Love Sullenberger is the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Superior Essex Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the provision of all legal services to the company. Sullenberger joined the company in 2004 and previously served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Superior Essex, Sullenberger served as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of AirGate PCS Inc. She also served as vice president and assistant general counsel of Norrell Corporation.

	Tracye C. Gilleland Tracye Gilleland is the senior vice president of finance and corporate controller of Superior Essex Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s internal and external public financial reporting requirements, compliance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), coordination of financial statement audits, and the development and maintenance of a company-wide system of internal controls. Prior to her current role, Gilleland served in varying financial positions with the company, including vice president of finance and corporate controller, and vice president of finance for the company's communications cable business segment.

	J. David Reed David Reed is the president of Essex Group Inc. and executive vice president of Superior Essex Inc. In his current role, Reed is responsible for the North American Magnet Wire and Distribution and Copper Rod business segments. Reed joined the company in 2007, following his work in a variety of executive positions with Newell Rubbermaid.
